Getting Involved
Now that you've decided to rally your office and become a catalyst for change, we've made it easy for you to kick-start your participation in the RE/MAX Miracle Home & Miracle Property Program.
Step 1: Identify an office administrator, manager or another staff member to lead your office-wide involvement. This will streamline participation and make it easier for agents to sign up. Brief your office program lead on the FAQs, details and tips for success.
Step 2: From the top-down, promote participation in the program and recruit agents to sign up to donate to their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital on behalf of their clients after each closed transaction. Host a team meeting or facilitate office-wide communication to promote involvement. Invite your local hospital to be a part of this communication. Your office program lead should distribute and collect the program participation form (Participation Form for Offices_Office Use) and collect responses.
Step 3: Schedule consistent meetings with your office program lead to receive participation and fundraising reports. Highlight successes, recognize and thank your Associates for helping kids grow up healthier, stronger and ready for tomorrow.

- Step 1: Login to your profile and select the “listing” dropdown at the top of your screen. This will pull all your active listings. Then, select the listing you wish to designate as a Miracle Home (address highlighted in blue).
- Step 2: Select the blue pencil icon next to “Miracle Home Listing”.
- Step 3: After selecting the pencil icon, “Edit Miracle Home Listing Status” will appear. Select “Yes” to designate your listing on remax.com as a Miracle Home or Miracle Property.

Changes for 2022
How-To’s and Tutorials – Individuals
- Ensure you have added personal payment methods. You must have a payment method available before donating
- Click 'Donate' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System profile
- Select the amount you wish to donate - options of $5, $10, $25, $50, or other are available.
- Click 'Donate'
- Select you preferred personal payment method.
- Optional: add a donation Note and select the Donation Type
- Click 'Review'
- Review details and click 'Submit Donation'.
Your donation will be procesed and distributed to the local children's hospital in your community, designated by your office location. You can review all donation details by clicking on 'My Donations' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System Profile. Please note donations are not associated with Honor Cards
- Ensure you have added personal payment methods. You must have a payment method available before creating an Honor Card.
- Click on 'Create Honor Card' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System profile.
- Select the amount you wish to contribute for the Honor Card, at a minimum of $30 per card.
- Enter the details for your card, including your client's name, mailing address, and the personalized message to send to clients.
- Review the details and add the Honor Card to your shopping cart.
- Continue to add additional cards or complete the transaction by checking out.
How-To’s and Tutorials – Administrators
Participation in the Honor Card program at the office-level offers two Office Payment Settings:
- Honor Cards paid for at the office-level:
- Office(s) will designate a manager or administrator to send Honor Cards on behalf of agents through their Miracle System administrator account.
- Office(s) will pay for Honor Cards upfront on behalf of agents and bill them later.
- Office(s) will use a company-wide credit card or bank routing information to send Honor Cards on behalf of agents.
- Honor Cards paid for at the agent-level:
- All agents in an office will send Honor Cards through their individual Miracle System profile.
- All agents in an office will set up their own credit card or bank routing information to pay for Honor Cards directly.
The above options and details are related to the creation of Honor Cards only. Any standard donations made (without an Honor Card) can be made at any time by an individual agent, an office manager, or an administrator - regardless of Office Payment Settings.
- Click on 'Payments' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- Click on 'Office Payment Settings' from the 'Payments' drop-down menu.
- On the left-hand side of the page, select one of the two options for Office Payment Settings, either office-level payments, or agent-level payments.
At the office-wide level, the minimum contribution for Honor Cards can be increased above $30 for those offices wishing to increase their support.
- Click on 'Payments' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- Click on 'Office Payment Settings' from the 'Payments' drop-down menu.
- On the right-hand side of the Payment Settings page, you can adjust the minimum contribution for your office's Honor Cards.
How to donate on behalf of Associates:
- Click on 'Donate' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- At the top left-hand side of the Donation page, select 'For Multiple Associates' from the drop-down menu.
- If you wish to donate with a physical check, click the 'Switch to Multiple Checks' option on the right-hand side of the page.
- Click on each office name to expand the details for all Associates within each office you'd like to donate on behalf of.
- Enter the donation amount for each individual Associate on the right-hand side of the page. You can enter donations for multiple Associates at one time.
- Click 'Donate'.
- Select your preferred office payment method.
- Optional: add a donation Note and Select Donation Type.
- Click 'Review'.
- Review details and click 'Submit Donation'.
Your Associate donation(s) will be processed and distributed to the local children's hospital in your community, designated by your office location. You can review all donation details by Associate by clicking on 'Reports' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- Click on 'Donate' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- At the top left-hand side of the Donation page, select 'For a RE/MAX office' from the drop-down menu.
- If you wish to donate with a physical check, click the 'Switch to Multiple Checks' option on the right-hand side of the page.
- Enter the donation amount for each individual office on the right-hand side of the page. You can enter donations for multiple Associates at one time.
- Click 'Donate'.
- Select you preferred office payment method.
- Optional: add a donation Note and Select Donation Type.
- Click 'Review'
Your office donation(s) will be processed and distributed to the local children's hospital in your community, designated by your office location. You can review all donation details by Office by clicking 'Reports' on the top blue navigation bar in your Miracle System administrator profile.
- Click 'Create Honor Card' on the top blue navigation bar of your Miracle System administrator profile.
- At the top left-hand side of the Create Honor Card page, select 'For an Associate' from the drop-down menu.
- Select the appropriate office ID and office name from the drop-down menu at the top. You can also search by Associate name.
- Click 'Create Card' on the right-hand side of the page for the Associate you wish to create a card for. Cards are completely customized, so must be created individually by Associate.
- Enter the details for your card, including your client's name, mailing address, and the personalized message to send to clients.
- Review details and add the Honor Card to your shopping cart.
- Continue to add additional cards or complete the transaction by checking out.
